English for Japanese is a Duolingo language course that teaches English to speakers of Japanese.

Course NotesEdit

The course uses Arabic numerals (1, 2, 3, etc.) in the Japanese sentences as opposed to Chinese numerals (一, 二, 三, etc.). This was due to several katakana symbols being very similar to the Chinese ones[1].

An update of the tree for improvements to the early skills occurred on June 29th 2015.

Contributor NotesEdit

There are currently four contributors to the course[2].
