Passive Voice is the forty-sixth skill of the French language tree (assuming you go from left to right). In this skill, you learn about the passive voice (stating that something has been done by someone/something with the construction has/have been) and how it is used in French.

Grammar Notes

The passive voice in French has a similar construction to the passé composé. The only difference is that you use the opposite auxiliary verb (rarely even faire) to the one used in the passé composé. In the past tense, use the construction passive auxiliary verb, passé composé auxiliary verb (infinitive), past participle.
